When Voyager 1 Launch and it mission
Voyager 1 is a first space probe launch by NASA on September 5 1977 and it mission to study the outer layer of solar system and it become the first space craft that go on interstellar space
Explanation
Voyager 1 is so designed that it see the outer layer of Saturn and Jupiter and it complete it task in three year and continued it journey and flying over the Uranus and Neptune in 1886 and 1889 and since it has been travel through the heliosheath which is the outer most layer of heliosphere it is a point where solar wind slow down and interact with the interstellar medium
Now where it is located
As of my knowledge in September 2021 the Voyager 1 is located in interstellar space mean that now the Voyager 1 is out of the solar system and it continued to travel at the speed of 38, 000 mile per hour and 61.000 kilometer per hour
Difference between Voyager 1 and Voyager 2
Voyager 1 is launch in September5 1977 and the Voyager 2 is launch in 20 August 1977 before two weak of the launch of Voyager 1 know Voyager 1 is located in the outer layer of solar system and voyager 2 is located in heliosheath Voyager 1 is launch to visit Saturn and Jupiter and Voyager 2 is launch to visit Uranus and Neptune
Conclusion
Voyager 1 is launch in 5 September 1977 to visit the Saturn and the outer most layer of solar system and know it located at the outer layer of interstellar and it is travel at the speed of 38 000 miles per hour Difference in Voyager 1 and 2 is that Voyager 1 is launch in September 5 1977 and Voyager 2 is launch in August 20 1977 but in voyager 2 their is not mission to see the outer layer of solar system but now it is located in heliosheath
